Individual & Couples Therapy Across 43 PSYPACT States
Helping adults navigate anxiety, OCD, trauma, grief, relationship challenges, and life transitions
Whether you are feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, caught in familiar relationship patterns, grieving a loss, or struggling to quiet your mind, therapy can help you better understand yourself while creating meaningful change.
I provide individual and couples therapy for adults in Connecticut and across 43 PSYPACT participating states. My approach is warm, collaborative, and engaging, combining insight with practical, evidence-based strategies to help you move toward a more connected, fulfilling life.
My Approach
Therapy with me is active, collaborative, and relational. I believe meaningful change happens through both insight and experience. Together, we’ll explore the patterns that have developed over time, understand how they continue to influence your life, and build new ways of responding that feel more aligned with your values and goals.
Depending on your needs, I integrate evidence-based approaches including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and interpersonal therapy. Every treatment plan is tailored to your unique experiences rather than following a one-size-fits-all approach.
